What you’ll be doing

You’ll collaborate closely with the art team to create high-quality, game-ready 3D assets that feel expressive, clean and full of personality.

Your models will follow an established art direction and will be technically prepared for Unity with clean topology, efficient UVs, correct pivots, and lightweight materials that preserve our toy-like look.

Every asset you build will be seen and touched by millions of players.

Is this you?

You love creating stylized art with intention — strong silhouettes, chunky volumes, clean forms — and you care about how a piece feels as much as how it’s built.

You understand volume, silhouette, and proportion, and know how to add just enough geometry to keep models expressive while staying mobile-friendly.

You’re comfortable creating clean textures in Photoshop, and you work fluently in Autodesk Maya (or Blender).

You understand optimization: clean topology, smart UV layouts, lightweight textures, and meshes built for real-time performance.

You have experience integrating assets in Unity, or you’re eager to learn it quickly.

You have high standards and take pride in delivering assets that meet SUBARA’s quality bar — clarity, charm, and precision.
